friendly staff board games good location dim lighting noisy fridge bathroom counter
the staff were so friendly. they helped me a lot with directions to local attractions. the room included board games, it was a pleasant surprise. the location was good, close to shops and restaurants.
The lighting in the room was very dim. it seemed much darker than what i saw in the pictures. the fridge made a lot of noise, it bothered me at night. the bathroom lacked counter space. There was nowhere to put my makeup.

fantastic stay!
super clean room welcome drink separate sitting area
The room was super clean. the welcome drink at the bar was a nice touch. the beer in the shower was also a bonus. i liked having the separate sitting and kitchen area. It was convenient.
the road was closed just up from the hotel, so parking to unload was difficult.

the hotel is a short walk from the station and the seafront. several places to eat, drink and visit surround the location! the central spot is quite convenient.

awesome brewdog experience!
suite upgrade bike hire cool design
i enjoyed my stay. the staff upgraded me to a studio, so kind of them! the brewmaster suite had more facilities and space than the punk studio. i loved the free bike hire, sweeties, and welcome drink. the employees were great, and the design was very cool!
the kitchen in the studio wasn't fully equipped, a bit tricky. it lacked a chopping board, scissors, and a colander. it was difficult planning to cook in the studio with these missing items.

the staff were very generous and helpful, especially with the upgrade. canadian was great, explaining everything so well! this helpfulness created a positive experience.

the staff was friendly and helpful, even offering a welcome drink at the bar. i also appreciated that the bar and the accommodations were dog friendly. i enjoyed that the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
I noticed some areas could use new paint throughout the suite. It was a minor issue.

Excellent Stay at a Great Location
full-size fridge spacious bathroom easy check-in
the suite felt more like an apartment than a standard hotel room it included a full-size fridge washing machine and oven. i found the wet room type bathroom particularly spacious. check-in was easy and efficient.
The room showed some signs of wear. It is time for some maintenance.
